TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Considering that Control Brazil sells products and services online and considering the customer's interest in purchasing products offered by Control Brazil through its sales channels, we inform you that the products are shipped directly from other countries to the customer's home. The purpose of this agreement is to establish the general conditions for the customer's purchase of products and services from the Control Brazil website.

 

  1. Confidentiality: Control Brazil is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all data and information provided by customers during the purchase process. The website's security is audited daily and guaranteed against hackers through the "Site Blindado" seal.

 

  1. Customer Service (SAC): Control Brazil offers this service to answer your questions, resolve potential issues, or complain about your order or any content available on the website. Customer Service can be contacted via WhatsApp, a form on the website, or by email. All contacts are available in our Customer Service Center. Please include your order number in all emails; we will respond within 1 business day. Please note that our support is not 24/7, and our emails are selected Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

 

  1. Delivery Policy: The delivery time for products is specified during the purchase process, and is no less than 60 (sixty) days, as they arrive directly from China or the USA, measured in business days. Deliveries are made by the Brazilian Postal Service from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Exceptionally, some product deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

 

  1. Right of Withdrawal: The customer may exercise the right to complain about the purchase and return the product, possibly subject to the following conditions: The withdrawal period for the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of collection. In case of return, the product must be returned to Control Brazil accompanied by the DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document). The images of the items are merely illustrative, and variations may occur between the photo and the actual product, as they are sourced from various international suppliers.

 

4.1 - The Customer must request the return through Customer Service (SAC). The expenses arising from the collection or postage of the product will be borne by the customer and after its arrival and selection, will be reimbursed by Control Brazil.

 

4.2 - For credit card purchases, the card issuer will be notified, and the refund will be issued on the invoice or the next one, all at once, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The refund period and the collection of remaining installments after Control Brazil has fully refunded the product value to the customer's credit card are the responsibility of the card issuer. If the card issuer charges future installments, the customer will not be charged, as Control Brazil will refund the full amount of the product in a single installment. The credit for the refund will be granted in full by the card issuer on the invoice following the month of cancellation.

 

4.3 - For purchases paid by bank slip or direct debit, the refund will be made via bank deposit within 10 (ten) business days, only to the checking account of the buyer, who must be an individual. The CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registry) of the checking account holder must match the one on the order (customer's CPF). If the buyer does not have a checking account that meets the above conditions, a Payment Order will be sent within the same period in the name of the purchaser. This order can be redeemed at any Banco Itaú branch, upon presentation of an identity document and CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registry).

 

4.4 - Control Brazil is exempt from the obligation to cancel any product that does not meet the requirements listed in this device.

 

4.5 - After the tracking number has been sent to the CUSTOMER, the customer will no longer be able to resist the purchase, once the product has already been dispatched to its destination.

 

  1. Exchange and Return Policy: All occurrences involving exchange or return will be handled as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.

 

5.1 - Control Brazil is responsible for returning/shipping purchased products. Therefore, the company has priority in deciding the shipping method. To avoid any return costs, it is essential that you contact the sales department before returning the purchased products. Control Brazil may choose to ship via the Brazilian Postal Service or another service available on the market.

 

5.2 - The product must be returned with the DANFE (Proof of Delivery) and a letter describing the reason for the return. The absence of the DANFE and/or letter will prevent the order from being identified and, consequently, the refund of the amount paid. Therefore, be sure to send the DANFE and the letter describing the reason for the return.

 

5.3 - The refund of the product value, including the purchase shipping cost, will be made after analyzing the conditions of the returned products and may be done in the following ways.

 

5.4 - For purchases made with a credit card, the refund request to your card issuer will be immediately registered. Depending on the request information and your card's expiration date, the refund may take up to two (2) subsequent billing statements.

 

5.5 - For purchases paid via bank slip, direct debit, or bank deposit, the refund will be made via DOC to the account you indicated. Deadline for crediting your current account: Seven (7) business days. (Federal Decree No. 7,962/2013).

 

5.6 - Returns due to cancellation must be made within 7 calendar days of collection. The product must be in its original packaging, without signs of use, and accompanied by the invoice. Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC).

 

5.7 - The maximum period to report defective products is 90 days. The product must be sent to Control Brazil , along with the invoice or purchase statement, and will undergo an evaluation. If no defect is detected, the product will be returned to the customer.

 

5.8 - For other reasons, we request that collection be refused if any type of tampering with the product is detected upon delivery, such as: [open or damaged packaging, damaged product, product not in accordance with the order]. The deadline for requesting a return is 72 hours from the date of collection.

 

  1. Accepted payment methods:

 

6.1 - Payment in full: Bank slip, account subsidy, credit card.

 

6.2 - Payment in installments: Credit card.

 

6.3 - For credit card payments, the order will be subject to approval by the card issuer. The information contained in the registration is subject to confirmation, which may be requested by Control Brazil via email.

 

  1. Delivery times and payment methods:

 

7.1 - Purchases paid by credit card: Delivery begins after verification of registration data and payment confirmation by the card issuer. Confirmation is made within one business day. In the event of a discrepancy in the registration information, Control Brazil will contact the buyer.

 

7.2 - Purchases paid via bank slip: Delivery begins upon confirmation of payment by the bank. Confirmation is made within three business days of payment.

 

7.3 - Purchases paid by direct debit: Delivery begins upon confirmation of payment by the bank. Confirmation is made within two business days.

 

7.4 - After order confirmation, a tracking code will be sent so the customer can track their order with the post office.

 

  1. Shipping Time: Our tracking code delivery time is up to 15 business days, counting from the date the purchase is approved in our system, once the code is provided to us by the international partner company's website. For shipments from China to Brazil, most Control Brazil orders are sent via China Post, which involves a plane full of goods to be delivered to various countries around the world via a delivery route.

 

Special orders come directly from China to Brazil. You might be lucky enough to have your order on a route where Brazil is one of the first destinations, or you might be unlucky enough to have Brazil be one of the last countries on that route. Therefore, keep in mind that your package doesn't come directly here; it usually travels around the world before arriving in Brazil, which ultimately impacts delivery times. Almost all packages from China arriving in Brazil pass through the CTCI (International Mail Processing Center) and the Federal Revenue Service in Curitiba before being delivered to the local post office.

 

Every month, the Federal Revenue Service in Curitiba analyzes more than 1,700,000 packages from China, and it's very likely that your Control Brazil package will be stuck at the Federal Revenue Service for a long time. If it's taxed, your order will take even longer to arrive, as the Revenue Service must follow a process to issue an NTS (simplified tax invoice), which takes at least three weeks to complete.

 

This is the main bottleneck in the delivery process; the biggest impact on delivery times is seeing a Control Brazil order stuck in Curitiba for more than two months. If your order has been waiting for more than 30 days, please file a ticket requesting information.
