General Conditions
When you make a purchase from Control Brazil , your product is shipped directly from our partner suppliers, with estimated delivery times ranging from 9 to 30 business days. These are maximum delivery times, meaning you'll likely receive your order before the deadline. All delivery times are expressed in business days; therefore, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not taken into account when calculating delivery times. During long weekends, strikes, recesses, periods of high demand at the Post Office, and other situations beyond our control, delivery may take up to 90 business days. But rest assured, you can track the entire delivery process using the tracking code we'll send you by email. We'll send it within 8 days of purchase confirmation.

Taxed or Taxed Products
Every imported product is subject to inspection upon arrival in Brazil. This procedure is carried out by Brazilian customs. The first step is to classify the product according to its type: manufactured or non-manufactured, clothing, footwear, electronics, etc. The package will then be registered and released for delivery, which will most often be handled by the Brazilian Postal Service. Occasionally, the product may be taxed, but don't worry. If there is an additional charge for customs duties, we at Control Brazil will reimburse you for this cost. In these cases, the Brazilian Postal Service sends a notice to the address registered at the time of purchase, notifying the customer that the product has been taxed and that the item must be collected at the post office, upon payment of the tax.
If your product has been taxed, we recommend that you go to the post office, collect your product, pay the tax, and contact our customer service center as soon as possible at contato@ControlBrazil.com . Please report the incident, attach proof of payment, and provide a bank account so we can refund the tax. The refund will be made by bank transfer, exclusively to the buyer's checking account, who must be the account holder. It's important to emphasize that we assume this responsibility so you can feel comfortable and secure purchasing from us. Your satisfaction is our commitment!

Tracking Code
When you purchase from our store, you can track the entire delivery process of your product, from our supplier to your home, using the tracking code we'll send you by email. We're responsible for sending it to you within 8 business days of purchase confirmation. If you haven't received your tracking code within the timeframe specified, please contact our customer service center by email.
Secure Purchase/Guarantees
We understand that problems can occur during delivery, but don't worry. At Control Brazil, you're guaranteed that if your product isn't delivered within the stipulated deadline, you'll get your money back—it's that simple! We're committed to refunding the full amount paid for your product if it's misplaced or lost by the Brazilian postal service during the delivery process.
We also undertake to reimburse our customers if their products are taxed during Brazilian customs inspection. If you are charged additional customs fees, please see the Taxed Products section for details. Don't worry, purchasing from Control Brazil is a safe process.
Incorrect or incomplete order address
Once you complete your purchase and payment, we will forward your order to our supplier to ship it as soon as possible to the address you provided. Therefore, to avoid delivery issues, we ask that you pay close attention when filling out the delivery address. It is the customer's responsibility to fill out the address correctly. If the address is entered incorrectly or incompletely, the postal service will determine that the package will be returned to the sender. Furthermore, in these situations, there will be no three delivery attempts, which is standard practice in cases where the recipient cannot be reached. In this case, there will be no resending fee, but the customer should be aware that resending the product can take up to 60 business days, as we must wait for it to arrive at our distribution center before sending the new product.
If the product is delivered to the address specified by the customer at the time of purchase, but the customer does not have access to the address, the customer should be aware that such an error results in a loss for the store and, therefore, a new purchase must be made to ensure the product is delivered to the correct address. In this situation, the customer loses the right to a refund, as it was their error that caused the shipping and delivery issue.

Absent Recipient
Please ensure someone will be at the address to receive your products during the scheduled delivery times. The Brazilian Postal Service makes three delivery attempts. It is important to remember that delivery is only made to the indicated address for people over 18 years of age who carry a national identification document. If the Brazilian Postal Service is unable to deliver the product due to no one being at the indicated address, after the third attempt, the package will be taken to the nearest Postal Service branch. In this case, the recipient of the package will need to pick up the package at the Postal Service branch as soon as possible. Customers should be aware that if the product is not picked up within the timeframe, it will be returned to our distribution center. In this case, there will be no resending fee, but customers are aware that resending the product may take up to 60 business days, as we must wait for it to arrive at our distribution center before sending the new product, restarting the delivery time (see the General Conditions). All details related to delivery attempts will be recorded in the order tracking, which can be tracked on the Correios website using the tracking code provided by our team. Customer Conduct
The Control Brazil team will be willing and committed to finding solutions as quickly as possible for any problems or situations that may arise with purchases, striving for our customers' complete satisfaction. This is all done in a professional manner, with the utmost respect and courtesy. Therefore, we expect our customers to treat our customer service staff in the same way. Any aggressive, rude, or repudiating content toward our team will not be tolerated. If our team deems a customer's behavior inappropriate or offensive, they are instructed to issue formal warnings and notifications with the following message: "Your message was considered offensive, threatening, or abusive. This behavior is unacceptable and does not comply with the company's privacy policies. Please remain calm so we can resolve your issue as best we can, or we will terminate your service. Sincerely, StarWord Team." If the customer persists in displaying inappropriate behavior, our team will terminate the service, and from then on, the customer will lose any rights to a refund or reimbursement to which they are entitled.
Additional Comments
Product delivery may be affected by factors beyond StarWord's control and may affect the delivery time. To avoid inconvenience and potential delays, we recommend that you plan ahead and make your purchase well in advance, whether you're buying as a gift or intending to use it for a special occasion. Unforeseen circumstances and delays during shipping can occur, and we don't want you to be upset if something like this happens.
Please note that all delivery times are expressed in business days; therefore, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not taken into account when calculating delivery times. Please note that major holidays such as Lunar New Year or Christmas may result in a delay in delivery times, as these dates place a heavy burden on domestic and international delivery services.
